Therapy and Counseling
We’ll collaborate to create a personalized plan that provides ongoing support so you can move forward. Meet regularly with your clinician and attend group sessions to identify negative thought patterns and develop alternate strategies to approach challenges.
Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP)
IOP consists of a structured schedule of group and individual counseling sessions in which we work through your biggest obstacles in a direct and purposeful way. We explore topics that will build you up, and encourage change.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Not everyone needs medication, but research shows that prescriptions like Suboxone, Naltrexone, and Vivitrol—combined with therapy—can be a highly effective route to recovery for some people. Forge physicians are highly skilled and trained in this practice.
Specialized Treatment
Forge offers mental health and substance use treatment for people from all walks of life. We also provide specially designed programs to address the unique cultures, preferences, and values of specific communities: Forge VFR for veterans and first responders, and Pride at Forge for LGBTQ+ individuals.
