NJWELL
NJWELL is the SHBP wellness program available to employees and their covered spouse or partner. Through NJWELL you can earn points toward a reward valued at $250/$350*.
*The amount of the reward depends on your plan. Members enrolled in the CWA Unity Freedom, Freedom 2019, HMO, Liberty Plus or an HDHP plan can earn a $350 reward.
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) with Select Aetna Freedom Plans
Your Aetna Freedom plan choices include two high-deductible health plan (HDHP) options: Freedom HDHigh and HDLow. You can pair a HDHP plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA) to help pay for out-of-pocket health care expenses.
Your HSA offers triple tax savings: your contributions are pre-tax, your investment growth is tax-free, and qualified withdrawals for health care expenses are tax-free. And all unused money is yours to keep - even if you leave the plan.
